Sweet Beginnings is a social enterprise and subsidiary of the North Lawndale Employment Network. Its focus is to provide employment and economic opportunities to the under- and unemployed residents of the North Lawndale neighborhood and surrounding communities. To achieve this, Sweet Beginnings is helping its community to produce and sell high-quality honey and honey-based products.

Softweb Solutions is helping Sweet Beginnings in this initiative by undertaking a sentiment analysis project in order to identify patterns and trends in their social media traffic. This will help the organization plan and carry out smarter social media campaigns.
