MDtok is a super-specialty telemedicine platform. The company aims to deliver remote consultation with a collaborative effort of a dedicated group of doctors. They want to make the world a better place by providing a second opinion on a larger scale, especially to those who need it the most. MDtok wanted to make its website more accessible by fixing some of the most prominent UI issues.
After the extensive collaboration, we designed and sequenced the design components to resolve their UI/UX concerns. We also held design review barnstorming sessions and worked with the customer to create appealing UI/UX for better branding. Our solution consists of a new and improved UI/UX design that allows users to check doctors’ availability and book consulting sessions.
