ShopperTrak was looking for an in-store beacon based marketing and advertising solution for casino, resort, and mall. Softweb Solutions developed a mobile application that completely represents the idea of BLE engagement. The mobile app contains portable tracking and an event management SDK, which communicates with the beacons installed at multiple locations in the mall, merging in-store shopping with mobile access to information. The content management system with a role-based access control allows ShopperTrak’s clients to manage all the beacons and contextual messages from a single place.
